Though he has had a couple of TV stints before, David Archuleta broke in the global music scene when he joined the seventh season of American Idol and won 1st runner-up back in 2008.
Throughout his career, now spanning nearly a decade, he has released six studio albums, six EP, one compilation album, and 23 singles (four of which were credited to him as a featured performer). His fourth album, “Forevermore”, which was composed of his takes on OPM classics, was exclusively released in the Philippines.
He is best known for the songs, “Crush”, “A Little Too Not Over You”, Something ‘Bout Love”, and “Touch My Hand”.
Archuleta also dabbled into acting, appearing in American shows such as “iCarly” and “Hannah Montana”. He also stepped foot in the country’s entertainment scene after he took on the lead role of the TV drama series, “Nandito Ako”.
