Today, we are culminating the month-long second anniversary celebration of Wish 107.5 through a whole day of wish granting and a star-studded concert on-air.

Timestamp: 7:00 AM – The event kicked off with Wish jocks Ray Holiday and John Journey touring around the busy streets of Quezon City via the Wish 107.5 Bus. Passers-by, commuters and listeners were treated to lively music and sensible talks broadcasted live from the country’s first FM-on-wheels.

Also boarding the bus was Rialyn Navarrete, a Wisher from Comembo, Makati City. Her simple dream to watch the “Breakthrough” concert of RnB crooner Jason Dy on September 17 has been granted today with the tickets she received from the station.

10:30 AM  – Another Wisher, Marie Santiago,  dropped by the bus to receive a gift certificate from SPArenity Wellness Hub. The Business Administration student wished for a beauty treatment package for her mother.

“I’m really grateful that my daughter wished on my behalf. I really appreciate it,” Marie’s teary-eyed mother said.

11:00 AM – Singing sweetheart Michelle Ayalde shared her music, dishing out a new tune and a heartfelt rendition of “Ang Hanap Ko, Ang Iyong Pag-ibig,” the Tagalog version of the Meteor Garden theme song.

11:30 AM – Wish granted! Alyana Centeno from Pandacan, Manila thanked the station for fulfilling her wish  — to give her family a special meal treat.

“I wish for a one-day special meal treat for my whole family. I want to help my father in providing food for us, he has been working really hard,” she shared on our Wishing Wall.

A representative from Andy’s Famous Bulalo also visited the bus to personally grant Centeno’s moving wish.

12:00 NN – Acoustic artist Njel De Mesa performed his newest single, “Talo,” live on the Wish 107.5 Bus. For his birthday greeting for Wish, he remarked: “I hope you’ll have thousand more years on air!”

12:30 PM – The beautiful Patricia Javier graced the Wonderland with her musical finesse. She is currently promoting a new album under Ivory Music. One of the songs she performed was “Because of You,” a track she dedicates to her children.

12: 45 PM – Michael Pangilinan upped the energy here on the bus with his wit and charm. Quickly turning the mood into a more serious one, he showcased his singing chops and crooned to Brian McKnight’s “One Last Cry” and his album’s carrier single, “Hanggang Kailan.”

1:30 PM – All five Wish jocks (Ray Holiday, John Journey, Princess Leigh, Alice and Faye ) boarded the Wish 107.5 Bus to give a surprise to our Wishers — Jelly Kiss, currently in Toronto, Canada greeted the station on air!

1:40 PM – It’s Johnoy Danao’s turn to celebrate with Wish 107.5. Bringing his masterful guitar playing and effortless serenading, he sang “Bakuran” and his latest effort, “Right Time.”

“I’m very happy to be here. I wish you guys more years to come so you can continue granting people’s wishes,” he greeted.

2:20 PM – Quest also joined today’s music revelry! A first-timer on the Wish 107.5 Bus, he expressed how his visit was indeed a wish come true. He further granted our listeners’ request to hear him perform “Paborito,” “Sige Lang” and “Walang Hanggan.”

“My wish is balance — for everything to fall in the right place,” he said of his ultimate wish as of the moment.

3:00 PM – Delivering a heart-rending set, Zion Aquino hopped on the bus, and performed “I Won’t Give Up” and a new track from his upcoming album.

3:45 PM – Jinky Salem’s dream of having a new pair of eyeglasses is now fulfilled! “I thought it would be impossible for my wish to be granted because there were a lot of people who wrote on the Wishing Wall. That’s why I’m very thankful,” she enthused.

3:50 PM – Rockin’ his new look, Paolo Onesa shared great news with Wishers — he is back with fresh sound, including new singles like “Find You,” which he wrote himself.

“Thank you so much for recognizing local music,” he told Wish, adding that what the station has been doing in supporting OPM is a great push for up-and-coming artists.

4:20 PM – SUD, the OPM band currently making waves in the mainstream music scene with their hit single “Sila,” has returned to the Roadshow.

Sharing his thoughts on the current status of OPM, vocalist Sud Ballecer shared: “It’s the best time to make music, especially for the aspiring bands, because a lot of people are supporting the industry.”

4:50 PM – Chinito crooner Francis Lim also came back to The Roadshow to update his fans about his latest projects. He also lent his voice, which evidently matured, performing “Send My Love” and “Inspire.”

5:20 PM – Hip-hop duo Q-York has turned up the mood on the bus with their dynamic and head-popping music!

6:00 PM – It’s a back-to-back wish granting! Reanne Dela Cruz and Andrea Romero were chosen as lucky Wishers for today’s celebration. Reanne wished for a washing machine for her mother while Andrea wanted to give her grandmother, who suffered from stroke twice, a wheelchair.

Irene, Reanne’s mother, thanked the station for this charitable act, “I hope you’ll keep on reaching out to others.”

6:10 PM – We have officially welcomed Aliyah Parcs as our newest Wish jock! She will be taking care of The Wishlist starting September 5, Monday.

6:30 PM – Last, last week’s guest celebrity DJ Deejay Poblete has returned to Wish to share more of her music. She delivered an acoustic set with her WISHclusive performances of “Teka Muna” and “Natutunaw.”

7:00 PM – Music royalty Robin Nievera, who has also previously tried his hand at jockeying on Wish, also paid a visit to personally say his birthday greetings. He also sang his latest single, “Home” and “No More Light.”

8:00 PM – Boy band JBK brought some grooves with their cover of the uptempo Justin Timberlake hit, “Can’t Stop the Feeling,” and their original, “Letting You Go.” Capping off their set, they rendered a surprisingly beautiful rendition of “Halik.”

9:00 PM – The wishful celebration’s still on! Fast-rising  OPM band Let Gravity invaded the bus and introduced their music to our Wishers, singing their newest single, “Defy.”

9:30 PM – Singing champ Jed Madela admitted that he’s a solid Wisher, “It’s always part of my travel. Everytime I go to work, I listen to Wish 107.5.” Conquering the bus with his supreme vocal prowess, he performed “Ikaw Na” and “When Love Was Once Beautiful,” a cut from his all-original album.

10:00 PM – “It’s so great to be here again!,” Tim Pavino exclaimed on his comeback to Wish 107.5 Bus. Catch his upcoming single, “I’d Do Anything.”

10:30 PM – Kris Lawrence on his recent WISHperience: “It’s great that  I was given the chance to have a song on the number one YouTube channel in the country.”

11:10 PM – Literally ending this special day on a high note, power belter Leah Patricio performed “Love on Top.”
