Drawing a crowd of about 3,500 fans to SM City Fairview, Filipino rock band IV of Spades made their highly anticipated return to the Wish 107.5 Bus on Monday, March 23. It marked their first Wish Bus gig as a complete four-piece since January 2018.

Their Roadshow stint follows a series of reunion milestones, including their return to the Wish Music Awards stage earlier in January this year — their first performance at the event as a full quartet after previously appearing as a trio.

Prior to this, IV of Spades also served as the surprise guest in Wish 107.5’s 11th anniversary celebration in August last year. The band made their debut appearance on the Wish Stopover Sessions.

During their recent Wish Bus guesting, IV of Spades treated fans to tracks from their latest album Andalucia, including “Kabisado,” “Konsensya,” and “Suliranin.”

Reflecting on their reunion, guitarist Blaster Silonga shared how it began organically, “‘Di ko na maalala pero may isang nag-aya na manood ng gig. Hanggang sa from isa lang 'yung naaya, naging kompleto na kaming kasama doon sa lakad na 'yun. Hanggang sa 'yun na. Nagsimula sa tambay.”

The band first performed on the Wish Bus in September 2017, performing early hits such as “Hey Barbara,” “Ilaw sa Daan,” and “Mundo.” Their latest record, released in November last year, not only showcased the group’s artistic maturity but also a friendship that weathered time and change.
